Wine Crepes
- Serves 6
- 4 oz. whipped Crème Cheese
- 12 Dessert Crepes
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 1 cup
Brahm’s Sherry Wine Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon or orange peel, grated
Spread crème cheese over un-browned side of the crepe shell,
leaving 1/4 inch rim around the edge. Sprinkle with nuts. Roll
as a jelly roll. Repeat for all crepes. Place
Brahm’s Sherry Wine Syrup and lemon or orange peel into a
chafing dish or skillet and heat. Add crepes, heat through while
spooning sauce over crepes.
