Wine Barbecued Hens
Cut hens lengthwise into halves. Rub cut sides with salt.
Heat
Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce and
Arbor Hill Burgundy Wine Jelly in saucepan over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until jelly melts into barbecue sauce.
Grill hens bone side down, 5 to 6 inches from low –medium
coals for 20 minutes, turn hens. Cover and grill 20-30 minutes
longer, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with remaining sauce
and serve with hens.
