Warm Spinach Balsamic Vinegar Salad
- Canadian Bacon (stripes; thin sliced)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp
Arbor Hill’s Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 10 oz. bagged spinach
Cut 5 slices Canadian bacon in strips and thinly slice 1
onion, Saute’ in 2 Tbsp olive oil until onion states to wilt.
Add 3 Tbsp
Arbor Hill’s Balsamic Vinegar and 1/2 tsp. each salt and
pepper; stir until boiling. Pour over 10 oz. washed bagged
spinach. Toss to mix.
Makes 4 servings.
