Memorial Day Parfait

In honor of the fast approaching Memorial Day holiday, I decided to make this seasonal and delicious cheesecake. Now who doesn’t love cheesecake?? I know I do! This is an impressive, yet quite easy dessert to make. I love berries, so I used a combination of blueberries and raspberries. You can use just one kind of berry or any combination of berries. Serve this at your Memorial Day picnic and your guests won’t be disappointed.

• 8 oz. brick of cream cheese softened to room temperature
• Package of cheesecake mix
• 8 oz. tub whipped topping
• Mountain Rise Granola
• Arbor Hill Strawberry Cream Chardonnay Wine Sauce

In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and mix. Add the whipped topping. Continue beating until well blended. Fill parfait glasses with alternating layers of cheesecake mixture, fresh raspberries or blueberries and granola. Drizzle Arbor Hill Strawberry Cream Chardonnay Wine Sauce over each serving. This makes an elegant dessert!
