Fresh Tomatoes with Balsamic & Basil

  • 2 teaspoons Arbor Hill Three Oak Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2-3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh Basil
  • Dash of fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Slice tomatoes and put them in a serving dish along with the onion and basil. Sprinkle with Arbor Hill Three Oak Balsamic Vinegar, and fresh ground Black Pepper, toss gently to mix. Each 1/2 cup serving has only 25 calories and 0.1 gram of fat.
