Elegant Swiss Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup fine Dry Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped Pickles or Sweet Pepper
- 4 tablespoons
Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce
- 1 egg
- 6 slices Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Shape into 6 patties.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Grill patties 4-6 inches from hot coals, 6-8 minutes on each
side for medium or until desired doneness. About 1 minute before
hamburgers are done, brush the burger with
Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce and top with a slice of
cheese. Grill until cheese is melted.
