Marinate a few pieces of chicken in Jerk/Carribean marinade (such as McCormicks). Grill chicken. Also throw a red or yellow pepper and hot pepper (such as anaheim or jalapeno) on the grill. When done, slice chicken into bite sized pieces; remove skin from pepper and chop.
Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta and chop some fresh herbs (we like cilantro best but basil and other garden herbs also work).
Add chicken and peppers to pasta along with about 1/3 to 1/2 bottle of
Arbor Hill BBQ Sauce (depending on how much chicken/pasta you're making). Add salt and pepper to taste if needed and toss in herbs just before serving.
Chill or serve room temperature. Enjoy!

* Sometimes we also grill mushrooms and onions and put those in the pasta salad too.
