Arbor Hill Riesling with Lake Trout
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
- 2 thin slices of Lemon
- Dash of Dill or Rosemary
- 2-4 tablespoons
Arbor Hill Riesling
Place each Lake Trout (or other favorite fish) in center of
large sheet of foil; cup foil up around fish. Sprinkle with salt
and pepper; top with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 2
thin slices of lemon. (Dash of dill or rosemary may be added, if
desired.) Pour 2 to 4 tablespoons (depending on size of fish)
Arbor Hill Riesling over each fish. Pull foil edges
together; seal well, leaving small air space inside. Bake in
moderately hot oven (400„a) for 30 minutes; or, cook over coals
of barbecue or campfire for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with baked
potatoes, green salad using
Three Oak Balsamic Vinegar, and dessert.
