Arbor Hill Herbed Fish Riesling

  • Serves 6
  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 cup Arbor Hill Riesling Wine
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic Chopped
  • Generous pinch of Rosemary
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Chopped Chives or Green Onions
  •  6 servings Halibut, Salmon, Bass, Trout, Etc.

In a saucepan, melt butter; add Arbor Hill Riesling Wine and lemon juice; bring to boiling. Add garlic, rosemary, parsley, and chives. Use to baste fish frequently while frying, baking, broiling or barbecuing. (If desired, marinate fish in the wine 1/2 hour; drain off; combine as above.) Our choice of wine to accompany this dish: Arbor Hill Traminette or Arbor Hill Riesling Wine.
