Arbor Hill Amaretto Cream Sherry & Toasted Almond Brie
- 1 (13-16 oz) whole Brie cheese with rind left on
- 1/4 cup
Arbor Hill Amaretto Cream Sherry Wine Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons butter, margarine, or Olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons blanched sliced Almonds
- Thinly sliced French bread baguette and/or Paris Toasts
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Remove Brie from refrigerator,
unwrap and discard plastic. Place the Brie on a baking sheet or
in a shallow baking dish. Put the dish in the oven for 10-15
minutes or until the Brie is soft and warm, but not runny.
Remove the Brie from the oven and carefully transfer to a
serving dish. Melt the butter in a small sauté pan. Add the
almonds and sauté, stirring constantly, until lightly toasted.
Sprinkle the Almonds on the Brie. Drizzle the
Arbor Hill Amaretto Cream Sherry Wine Sauce over the Brie.
Serve immediately with the bread and/or crackers.
