Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service. In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose.

A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for shipments of alcoholic beverages. Items usually arrive with in 7-10 business days.

We can ship to the states in which it is legal for us to do so.

Direct Wine shipments are accepted in the following states: AK, AZ,CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI & WY.

You understand that when You purchase wine, the ownership passes from Arbor Hill to You at the time of purchase. Arbor Hill is authorized to arrange for shipment of the wine to You.

You are stating to Arbor Hill that you are at least 21 years of age and You understand someone aged 21 or over must be present to sign for and to receive this shipment. This service costs $4.00. UPS charges us this fee, so by accepting here you accept paying this charge on a shipment containing wine.

All wines are sold in New York and title passes to the buyer in New York. NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX OF 7 1/8% WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL WINE SALES.

Minors providing false information when obtaining alcoholic beverages over the internet will face criminal prosecution and civil liability. Violator may be charged federally with wire and credit card fraud and under multiple state laws prohibiting the attempted purchase or possession of alcohol by minors. Penalties include monetary fines, jail time, criminal probation, loss of driver’s license and a criminal record that must be disclosed on job and college applications. Licensed seller of alcohol (including wineries and retailers) who pay large fines and lose alcohol license privileges for sales to minors are entitled to sue the minor for compensation. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, at any time during your use of it, return it and we will refund your full purchase price. Please contact us for return instructions.

There are no materials, images, or words on this website that would normally raise any issue about age appropriateness. Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased by persons under 21 years of age.
