Located in the heart of one of America's largest wine producing states, Arbor Hill continues to maintain an exceptional selection of award-winning New York State white and red wines from Chardonnay to dessert wines.

Arbor Hill specializes in eclectic varieties worthy of attention, and Traminette is certainly among them. In 1996, Arbor Hill was the first winery in the world to introduce Traminette wine. Arbor Hill also introduced a new red wine in 2006 called Noiret. Both varieties use new hybrid grapes developed over the last 30 years by Cornell University at the Geneva Experiment Station.

Arbor Hill is on the cutting edge of introducing new varietal wines that exemplify the best of our viticultural region. At the same time, Arbor Hill continues to produce some of the great wine varietals that started our industry 150 years ago. Arbor Hill introduced Vergennes in 2005, Iona
in 2008 and our newest Diana in 2011.

Arbor Hill is a proud member of the Canandaigua Wine Trail (CWT). This unique trail is comprised of a diverse group of wineries (large and small), restaurants, wine tasting centers and specialty shops, providing visitors with a full Finger Lakes experience. The wine trail has been around since the mid-1990’s and is one of the smaller and most scenic of the Finger Lakes, making the CWT "just right" for a 1-day trip. It’s only 41 miles to travel the trail…from Fairport to Canandaigua to Naples.
